Over the past 45 years, we have equipped hundreds of adult learners\u00a0with the skills to conduct original social research to solve problems in communities, families, organizations, and churches around the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer a&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ogs.edu\/degrees\/doctor-of-philosophy-dphil\/\">Doctor of Philosophy degree in Social Research,&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong>a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ogs.edu\/degrees\/doctor-of-social-leadership-dsl\/\"><strong>Doctor of Social Leadership<\/strong><\/a>, and a&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ogs.edu\/degrees\/master-of-letters-mlitt\/\">Master\u2019s degree in Organizational Leadership<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OGS teaches the practical skills of social research for leading social change<\/strong>. Omega Graduate School uses the\u00a0Oxford\u00a0Method for\u00a0Educating\u00a0Graduate-level\u00a0Adult Learners.
